Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update at Russell Medical Centre

We would like to share with you some important information about the steps we are taking to minimise the risk of exposure at Russell Medical Centre as the global coronavirus outbreak continues to evolve. Our greatest priority at this time is the health and safety of all our patients and staff members.

We would like to reassure you that we are a dedicated circumcision and tongue tie clinic (and provide no general practice or other services at our premises that attract generally unwell patients).

Our clinic operates out of a stand alone premises in the suburbs with ample onsite parking at the door and no other businesses in close proximity to us.

Russell Medical Centre is actively following and complying with the latest health advice issued by the state and federal governments and various health
organisations.

We have implemented new routines for the cleaning and sanitisation of our equipment and premises above and beyond our usual, rigorous hygiene practices.

To ensure effective social distancing we ask that only parents accompany their children to our clinic at this time and that you arrive as close to your appointment time as possible to reduce the number of people in the waiting room at any one time. You are also welcome to wait in your car until we are ready to see you.

Please let us know if you are feeling unwell and we can reschedule your appointment. We ask that you please do not attend the clinic if you are unwell.

We are supporting our staff with clear health hygiene protocols.

We appreciate that this is an uncertain and rapidly evolving time and appreciate your assistance in helping protect the health and safety of you and others. If you have any other enquiries please do not hesitate to contact us on (07) 3349 6444 or info@russellmedical.com.au
